Maclean

Left Port Macquarie after a walk on the beach and a coffee with Caitlin, Luke Hazel, Dickie and Carol. Drove past Coffs Harbour and quick pic of the Big Banana. (Banana growing area). Onward to Maclean, a small town that we love to pop in to. The camping at the showgrounds on the river is always nice and the town itself has a great coffee shop and camping store. It is a small Scottish Town, definitely worth a visit. We like it as a stop over when commuting North along the coast. We arrived mid afternoon, did a bit of shopping and then just relaxed.

The next morning we headed to Bottero for coffee and a pastry and at 9am when the shops opened we picked up a new camping table from the local camping store. It is so well stocked that we could spend a fortune but try to go in and out as fast as possible to avoid doing just that.
